We are hiring CERTIFIED Swing Managers and Department Managers to support restaurant leadership in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily operations at one of our McDonald’s locations in the greater New Orleans area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to step into leadership and grow with an award-winning team.
Pay: $15-$16.00 per hour, DOE
Responsibilities
+ Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
+ Supervise shifts and lead crew members to success
+ Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met
+ Assist with training, scheduling, and performance coaching
+ Help manage inventory and operational goals
Qualifications
+ Prior food service or leadership experience preferred
+ Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
