Responsibilities
- Manage the regional depot, overseeing daily operations to support the cylinder market.
- Ensure all distribution and filling activities are carried out safely and efficiently for LPG cylinders.
- Train staff to ensure all procedures follow company standards, delivering quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Track and report productivity and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, creating cost‑effective solutions and addressing problems quickly.
- Lead the distribution team to achieve company goals, set individual objectives and performance expectations, and conduct formal development assessments.
Qualifications
- More than two years of experience in the Gas Industry or a related industry with logistics/distribution experience at a supervisory level.
