DEPUTY ASSISTANT CHIEF OF STAFF (HUMAN RESOURCES)

Summary About the Position: Serves as Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, J1, USFK, and Assistant Deputy UNC, overseeing daily operations and goals within the J1 Directorate. Provides expertise on joint manpower, personnel policies, programs, and assignments. Supports planning, coordination, personnel analysis, capability reviews, risk assessments, and promotes joint concepts and interoperability across USFK and the Korea Theater of Operations (KTO). Responsibilities Serves as an advisor to the Assistant Chief of Staff, J1 on the adequacy, propriety and direction of administrative operations.
