Deputy Commercial Manager

The Role

As a Deputy Commercial Manager, you’ll provide commercial support to a varied portfolio of projects, across multi-disciplined Integrated and Delivery Teams and contribute to our business winning strategy.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of commercial support including customer bidding and contracting, risk management, change control, contract and document drafting, and dispute resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working as an individual Commercial contributor across and in support of a broad Business Portfolio or as part of an Integrated Capture / Delivery Team

Responsible for all aspects of legal, pricing, Intellectual Property and negotiation, in addition to contributing to effective and efficient contractual management of contracts within the portfolio
