SUMMARY:
Possess knowledge and experience in the medical-legal investigation of death. To participate in programs designed to develop and enhance their qualification in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities associated with such office as the appointed deputy. Will be scheduled to be on call every fifth weekend- Friday at noon to Monday at noon.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Respond to death scenes when notified.
•Take charge of the body upon arrival and conduct a scene investigation to make a preliminary determination as to the manner and cause of death.
