Deputy Director of Pharmacy Technology and Informatics

MassHealth is seeking qualified applicants for the position ofDeputy Director of Pharmacy Technology and Informatics. Under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy Technology and Informatics, the Deputy Director of Pharmacy Technology and Informatics helps to oversee the MassHealth Pharmacy Online Processing System (POPS), the POPS IT vendor and all associated business analysts. The Deputy Director will help to implement strategic and tactical planning, select reporting functions, external audits, and enhancement/release management, as well as help support operational actives within the system. POPS is a point-of-sale claim adjudication system for the MassHealth Fee-For-Service pharmacy claims as well as a system for invoicing drug manufacturers rebates every quarter.
