Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with MFRS and Bursa Malaysia requirements

Ensure timely consolidation of group accounts

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate governance requirements

Prepare and review management reports, variance analysis, and KPIs
