Position Overview
Reporting directly to the GM/MD, the Operations Head will lead large-scale catering operations across 2 Central Production Units (CPU) and multiple client sites. The role involves managing 300+ staff members and ensuring seamless delivery of services to corporate clients and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations : Oversee end-to-end catering operations across CPUs and sites.
- Team Management : Lead service, kitchen, and logistics teams to drive efficiency.
