A high‑achieving secondary school in East London is seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Head of Year 11 to join the pastoral team from September 2026. The successful candidate will be invited to attend trial days during the current term ahead of the September start date.

This role is initially offered on a one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate. It is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Year 11 students during a pivotal stage of their education, supporting attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and achievement while helping to ensure positive outcomes for all learners.
