Roles & Responsibilities

• Review the current inventory management system and different process flows like production, dispatch, wastage etc Suggestion for improvement of inventory management system Coordination with Bizz Trax support team for any short-comings/issues/change requests in system which pertains to business cycle and reporting. Leading BT and other modules implementation Preparation and finalization of quarterly/annual accounts Capex planning and follow-up with concerned for execution. Reporting variances; if any. Planning for systemized budgeting shortly Preparation of supporting schedules, for accounts closing, coordination with auditors etc Highlight internal control weaknesses, if any,of the current process flows Review payments/receipts/JVs/invoices/sale orders; in system and approve/post in accounts accordingly.
