Job Description

- Coordinate with InternetService Providers (ISPs) to ensure stable and streamlined internetconnectivity.
- Manage and maintain QSANstorage and server infrastructure for user and data backups.
- Implement and monitorweekly and monthly backup cycles for both standalone systems and servers,including offline backup solutions.
- Administer and maintain theOffice 365 environment, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, andcollaborative Excel tools.
- Configure and manage UnifiAccess Points to support wireless infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain fourcompany domains, websites, and portals.
- Oversee user access andmanagement for various shipping line portals.
- Ensure compliance with ITaudits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and IT security policies.
