Your main responsibilities
Drive the modernization (replacement) sales business strategy, process and results in line with KG Modernization sales strategy.Supervise and support the modernizations sales team activities in order to achieve the targets.Actively manage, develop and coach the team (account orientation, quality, productivity, efficiency, contact persons identification etc.)Based on the reports, analyze the sales process to review profitability status against target and take appropriate further steps.Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer claimsImplement the Schindler Receivables Management policy with the sales team. What you bring
Desired experience as Modernizations Sales Representative for at least five years.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred), MBA (preferred)
