Key Responsibilities

• People and Performance Management: Directly manages and coaches Assistant Managers to ensure performance targets are met. Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and addresses gaps quickly. Conducts performance check-ins, coaching sessions, and follow-ups across teams. Identifies high performers and underperformers and works with the Group Manager on action plans. Reinforces discipline, attendance standards, and professional conduct.
