Deputy MLRO & Compliance Operations Lead

IQ-EQ is seeking a candidate for a role focused on supporting the MLRO in various financial crime-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will monitor compliance screenings and assist in managing relationships with entities in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Risk & Compliance environment, previous experience as SAR / DMLRO, and an ICA qualification or ambition to achieve one. The successful candidate will contribute to drafting procedures and facilitating training.
