The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in operations and training, a proactive mindset, is able to manage/operate in a strong team atmosphere, possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, and capable of working effectively with multiple distributed teams across multiple time zones and nationalities.
