Job Description & Requirements

The Deputy Technical Manager is responsible for all technical operational activities for civil & infrastructure engineering projects, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and supportservices to projects.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Overall responsible for all permanent and temporary works design and design optimization by managing the appointed consultant to ensure that project is delivered within budget.
• Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client and authorities for design matters and submission.
• Oversee the shop drawings submission and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress.
