Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables To Ensure Production in line with MOST guidelines along with allotment of work and planning of production To Ensure the quality of the components manufactured, Productivity & Safety and working towards improving the same through Kaizens & Improvements projects. To Monitor the Absenteeism data and working towards reducing it. To ensure Timely declaration of Axles and Material issuance with use of SAP system To ensure and maintain fixtures & Tools & Toolings of Axle assembly Line. To ensure ZERO loss of Production and Quality by maintaining systems and Trouble shooting Trouble shooting of issues including breakdowns, production issues, Material availability. To Co ordinate with Assembly and machining departments for ensuring correct supply of components for machining & assembly.
