Dermatologist Need - Priority
- Prefers experienced Doctor, unless from top program and strong surgical
- Flexible scheduling - prefers 4 days, but open
- Medical and Surgical - some cosmetics if desired - Office does a lot of the cosmetics
- 30-35 patients
- 2 MAs
- Top notch support staff - Pathology, prior auth, biologics, etc
- $400-430k base + collections model with tiers (starts at 2.5x)
- Increase in salary year 2
- Year 3 and beyond 45%
- 100% medical benefits for provider AND their entire immediate family
- 401k after 1 year
