Design & Cost Engineer - Electrical

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Design and Cost Engineer (Electrical) to support the preparation of electrical designs, cost estimates, proposals, and project documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical design and costing for building facilities, transmission and distribution lines, and substations. Experience in Solar PV system design is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical designs, layouts, and technical drawings for various projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project budgets.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Review project plans, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding design and costing requirements.
