Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, design and supervise Structural & Civil Engineering works for high-rise residential projects.
- Perform detailed analysis and design for the Structures & Civil Engineering works
- Manage & supervise the drafting team on the production of drawings for tender & construction.
- Ensure all engineering works, designs & detailing are structurally safe, practical, economy & buildable and comply with the relevant statutory regulations, client requirements, Standards & Codes of Practice.
- Manage project stakeholders, clients, design & drafting team, and other relevant parties to ensure ST approvals, Permit to Start Work, relevant Authority Approvals, As-Built Clearances, TOP and CSC are obtained timely.
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering Design.
