**What You Will Do**:
- Deliver Design Engineering products that drive safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity based on Design Manuals and best engineering practices for aircraft components.
- Understanding of materials and their properties to ensure the designs meet safety and performance standards.
- Support Operations and Manufacturing Processes to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems. Support and suggest corrective actions to solve quality internal and external problems.
- Creativity to develop innovative solutions and optimize designs for performance and efficiency.
