Responsibilities Deliver design engineering solutions that promote safety, ergonomics, quality and productivity, following Design Manuals and best engineering practices for aircraft components. Apply strong understanding of materials and their properties to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability standards. Support operations and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with established engineering specifications and standards. Lead and participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing optimized designs that improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
