Design Engineer JIS137005

Review project SLD, specification and technical documents.

Provide compliance with deviations to the project specifications.

Develop detailed drawings with GA, SLD, Schematics and BOM.

Visit project sites as required for the design to match as per site condition.

Attend meeting with client/consultants for design clarifications.

Ensure design meets IEC standards and local regulations.

Prepare & submit technical submittals, follow up and get authority approvals.

Release BOM for procurement and approved drawings for production.

Support procurement for product selection and stores for incoming material inspection.

Support production for panel assembly and QC for trouble shooting & testing.

Coordinate with QC and site teams for successful FAT and SAT.

Prepare O&M manuals and project closeout documents.

Prepare training manuals and give training to customer’s O&M team.
