Your role and the team

Join us as we strengthen our Construction team of nine professionals! The team is part of our Industry business unit, providing high‑end engineering, design, and project execution services for our clients, and supporting project sales. The position can be based at our offices in Turku or Jyväskylä – please let us know your preferred location in your application. Fluent Finnish language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring engineering and design activities progress according to agreed schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project resourcing, monitor resource utilization and workload, and ensure the availability of the right competencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financial performance, track budget targets, assess profitability, and take corrective actions when needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
