Design Manager (Non-Residential Projects) - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the full design lifecycle, from concept through construction, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and project execution.

• Lead and manage design projects from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate design submissions for quality, compliance, and design intent.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, costs, and deliverables.
• Present design strategies and project updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee site inspections and resolve design-related challenges.
• Support consultant procurement, design briefs, and delivery strategies.
• Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and training initiatives.
