Design Project Manager

**Position Summary**


Manage preconstruction activities including the design process of design-build and design-assist projects. Develop new business opportunities relative to a particular client, group of clients, particular industry or business division.


**Position Details**


+ Independently manage design-build and design-assist projects. Assume primary leadership responsibilities for each assigned project in partnership with the engineer of record.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with external project teams during preconstruction phase of projects (A/E, GC, Owner, other disciplines).
+ Initiate and maintain liaison with client personnel and coordinate with other disciplines contractors, architects, and other project team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects to facilitate successful construction activities within the prescribed time frames.
