Overview

Draftline is a full-service Architectural Design and Draughting service provider with staff currently located across two main locations in Timaru and Christchurch. Developing a strong connection into the wider volume home builder market, Draftline is experiencing strong growth in work volumes, and we now require a talented and driven senior Designer/Draftsperson who can oversee and lead our Christchurch-based team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance technical expertise with operational excellence to ensure we get the best out of a group of high-performing designers, managing projects from initial enquiry right through to consent issue.
