Designer children's wear

We are looking for a talented and creative Children's Wear Fashion Designer with experience in the export garment industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative collections for Boys' & Girls' Wear for international markets.
- Research global fashion trends, color forecasts, prints, fabrics, and trims.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, CADs, tech packs, and presentation boards.
- Work closely with merchandising, sampling, sourcing, and production teams.
- Understand buyer requirements and create market-focused collections.
- Ensure designs meet international quality, fit, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
- 6–8 years of experience in kidswear design for exports.
- Strong knowledge of international buyers and export markets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.
