Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and design presentations
Develop office interior concepts as per client requirements
Coordinate with project, execution, and MEP teams
Prepare detailed working drawings and BOQs
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with timelines
Visit sites for measurements and execution coordination
Work closely with vendors and stakeholders during project execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture
3–12 years of experience in office fit-out/interior projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and rendering software
Good understanding of materials, furniture, and execution detailing
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Space planning & workplace design
Creative visualization
Attention to detail
Time management & multitasking
