Job Description
Overview
We’re hiring a Mid-Level Designer who brings strong craft and independent thinking to the table. We’re looking for designers with portfolios that show real design fundamentals —typography, layout, illustration, identity work, and strong composition. It doesn’t have to be ads or campaigns. We care more about taste, design logic, and art direction sensibility .
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution on projects across brand identity, digital, social, print, and integrated deliverables.
- Translate creative direction and briefs into strong visual systems, key visuals, layouts, and brand assets.
- Create and refine typography-led layouts, moodboards, styleframes, and design explorations.
- Own the design process from concept through final delivery:
- exploration → iteration → polishing → final artwork
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategy...
