We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic Deskside Consultant to work onsite at a client site in Grande Prairie, AB.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist end-users with questions regarding supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking, both in person and remotely.
• Monitor performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency.
• Install applications and computer peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across multiple environments.
• Test alternative pathways until an issue is resolved.
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
