Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. The role involves handling basic networking, data center operations, monitoring tools, hardware troubleshooting, and ITSM tools . You will act as the on-site support partner, assisting internal teams, customers, and vendors in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This is a hands‑on role that requires both technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams.

Basic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, Riverbed

  • Basics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs
