Desktop Engineer Role with WBM

WBM is looking for a dedicated Desktop Engineer to work with endpoint device management tools such as MECM and Intune. You will proactively monitor device compliance while resolving complex support requests. Your role will include significant collaboration on infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal device performance for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tier 3 support requests and incidents across fleet devices
• Develop and package custom applications and updates
• Create and maintain Group Policy Objects effectively
