Desktop Support Engineer – End-User IT & Security

Capgemini Singapore PTE. LTD. is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage and support IT systems by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software. The role also includes ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies and delivering effective user support.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in desktop or technical support, with a strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office/O365 applications. A familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting skills is also required.
