- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC-based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
- Strong experience with MS Intune
- Strong experience with anti-virus and endpoint protection
- Strong experience with remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
- Working experience with scripting technologies (PowerShell)
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
- Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
