Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft environments and managing devices through Microsoft Intune. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing endpoint devices, and ensuring a seamless technology experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

+ Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

+ Enroll and manage devices through Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

+ Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
