Job Description

Desktop Support Technician | Location: East Syracuse, NY | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | On-Site
We are seeking well-rounded Desktop Support Technicians with solid networking experience to join a growing HyperCare support team. In this role, you will primarily provide telephony-based technical support for specialized hardware devices and assist with a major technology upgrade rollout — moving users from a legacy software version to a newer platform.
What You'll Be Doing
You will serve as the first line of support for end users experiencing issues with specialized devices and Windows-based systems. Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting via tools such as TeamViewer and Bomgar, following standard operating procedures for post-install support, coordinating with vendors to drive issue resolution, and assisting with hands-on hardware support and depot-level work as needed.
