The Developer / IT Service Owner (Dev/ITSO)
is accountable for the end-to-end health, quality, and operational performance of a designated business-critical application for technology landscape. In addition to active software development responsibilities, this role assumes formal service ownership, acting as the single point of accountability for availability, stability, incident resolution, change execution, and continuous improvement of the service.
