Job Description
**Description:** The Platform Operations Team is looking for an F-35 Build Team Manager that will be the mono-manager for F-35 program for the Build Team. This individual will be involved in all build team activity and should be a self-motivated and energetic person. This team interacts with all software and hardware teams to ensure products are in order. They also communicate with the SW integration team and the System Instigation and Test teams to deliver successful products. This individual should be forward-thinking and adaptable, ready to improve our systems.
What you will be doing:
As the F-35 Build team mono-manager I would expect the following:
Leader for entire team focusing on communication and team cohesiveness as well as development
Interacting with the F-35 LOB (mainly RTE team) to ensure we are meeting their needs
Ensuring interface products are complete
Interacting with Software and Hardware teams to ensure deliveries are complete
