Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met. Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors across all phases from feasibility and design to construction, handover, and defects management. Manage regulatory compliance, including authority submissions and alignment with local requirements and internal processes. Drive design development, optimising net lettable/saleable areas in line with project objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
