This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping young swimmers into competitive athletes while fostering a love for the sport. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering and planning high-quality coaching sessions for our Development Squads, nurturing talent, and promoting the values that define our success.

• Deliver and plan sessions for Foundation, Development, and Potential Squads, as directed by the Head of Development.
• Deliver technique-focused, skill-enhancing sessions aligned with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy.
• Track swimmer attendance, set individual targets, and ensure training evolves to meet their progress.
• Promote participation in competitions, advise on event selection, and attend competitions locally and overseas as needed....
