The Development Manager leads Insight’s AI Development team, a dedicated group of engineers, analysts, and designers responsible for delivering AI‑powered solutions across Insight’s business lines. The role focuses on building institutional knowledge and providing long‑term development support for AI transformation initiatives — from intelligent automation and conversational AI to data‑driven decision‑making tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross‑functional AI Development team; drive teammate satisfaction, career growth, and succession planning.
