Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Development Manager to lead property development projects from the planning stage through to handover to the Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as the central coordination and control point for each project, ensuring seamless collaboration across planning, design, regulatory approvals, construction, Finance, and Channel Sales. This role is instrumental in driving project success by ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and alignment with the company's strategic development objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
