Developmental Specialist

Position Summary The Program Specialist serves as a lead instructor and mentor within the program, responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting the development of both students and staff.

This role combines hands-on coaching, leadership, and operational support to ensure classes run effectively and consistently while promoting a positive experience for students, families, and team members.

Compensation Starting pay of $17.00 per hour Opportunities for pay increases and advancement based on performance, experience, and additional responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Instruction and Student Development Lead classes and ensure safe, structured, and engaging instruction for all students.

Teach and model proper techniques across all events and skill levels.

Implement lesson plans and adapt instruction based on individual student abilities and progress.
