**MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION**:.
This position is responsible for ensuring that the company's customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns.
The Customer Service Representative will assist our customers with their needs, and satisfaction of each customer should be the goal for this position in order to set us apart from our competitors and drive increased sales.
