Job Description
Job Title - Deputy General Manager -Direct Tax
Department - Taxation
Location - Mumbai
Reporting to - Head Taxation
Reportee – 3
Experience – 13-15 Years
Key responsibilities:
Advance Tax and Tax Provision workings, Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Income Tax Return, Income Tax Assessments & Appeals:
Compilation and calculations for Advance Tax, Deferred Tax & Tax Provision working
s Taxation of Subsidies/Incentives from State/Central Governmen
t Preparing Computation of Income and Income tax return
s Preparation and coordination with tax auditors for Form 3 CD and its annexures
; Compiling information for income tax scrutiny assessments/ CIT appeals, prepare/review submission and appearing before the income tax authorities and briefing Senior Counsels
. Filing appeals before Commissioner of Income Tax and ITAT
. Tracking the litigations at High Court, ITAT and CIT(A)
. Responding to notices u/s 148 A/14
