Job Description
Accountability:
Improve & Upkeep of HEMM&OME Availability to meet targeted mine production.
Regular evaluation of equipment’s health and plan for procurement of required spares and consumables. Use of technical tools i.e RCFA/Why-Why analysis to find out failures and taking corrective actions to improve OEE/MTBF/MTTR
Opex & Capex:
Optimization of cost of operation and maintenance.
Zero based annual P&B preparation & execution for cost optimization.
Vender development & Implementation of best practices for cost control and equipment reliability. Planning for timely replacement of equipment’s on LCC basis.
Safety Management:
Implementation of Safety systems as per mines act to create safe working and pollution free environment in the workplace.
Compliance of provision of safety appliances in the equipment as per DGMS. Preparation and implementation of safety standards and procedures. Adoption of world class safety stand...
