DHA-Licensed Nurse

MapleTree Clinic is an established psychology clinic that has recently expanded its services to include psychiatry. We are seeking a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to support our psychiatrist and coordinate client care within a multidisciplinary mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake, including medical history, vital signs, and standardized screening
• Support the psychiatrist during consultations and treatment processes
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Provide patient education regarding medications and care plans
• Identify and elevate clinical risks in line with clinic protocols
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the clinic’s EMR system
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies
