Job Description
Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a full time Die Cast Technician / Setup Specialist. Direct hire full time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform die cast machine setups, changeovers, and process adjustments
- Troubleshoot production, tooling, and equipment issues
- Support operators and assist with training
- Work closely with supervisors and maintenance to improve uptime and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
