Dielectric - Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer – RF I is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the design
and development of broadcast antenna and RF filter systems. Under the supervision of the
Director of Electrical Engineering, this position will work closely with senior engineers to
create designs, perform technical analyses, and contribute to product documentation.
This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in RF engineering while
collaborating across departments to support company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assist in designing and developing new RF products using HFSS, Solid Edge, and proprietary software.
+ Perform technical analysis, calculations, and testing to validate designs.
+ Support the creation of product documentation, including cost estimates and engineering change orders.
